s. of William Mallock of Axmouth by Agnes, da. of William Newbury of Stockland. m. (1) Matilda or Maud, da. of John Weston of Colyton, 2da.; (2) Elizabeth, da. of John Chaplyn of Taunton, Som., 3s. 1da.
Collector of customs, Poole 1553-60; alnager, Som. and Dorset by 1566.
Mallock leased property in Lyme and had other connexions with the borough sufficient to account for his repeated returns to Parliament. The only reference found to him in the known surviving records of the House of Commons is to leave of absence granted 18 Mar. 1559. His will, made 21 Dec. 1566, was proved by his son William on 28 Jan. 1567.
