Biography

The man whose particulars appear above, and who died 14 Feb. 1607, and was buried in Bicester church, is the most likely, among a number of obscure namesakes, to have been the 1563 Bletchingley MP. No connexion has been established between any of them and either Bletchingley or the Howards of Effingham, who owned the borough.
