b. ?1715, s. of John1 Richards of Wimbledon by Eleanor, da. of George Bisse of Martock, Som.  educ. Merton, Oxf. 10 May 1732, aged 16; L. Inn 1737. unm.  suc. to property of his uncle Stephen Bisse, M.P., Sept. 1746.

Offices Held


In Newcastle’s lists of 1747 and 1754 Richards was classed as an Administration supporter. He was returned unopposed in 1754.  He died 29 Dec. 1755.
