Biography
On 18 Dec. 1423 Draper and John Potager* were named as the first churchwardens of the newly-built church of St. Nicholas next to Rochester cathedral. Draper was present at the shire court held at Rochester in December 1430 to attest the electoral indenture for Kent and its two boroughs for the forthcoming Parliament, and he witnessed a deed in the city in November 1433.
