Biography

Fitzroy was returned for Bury St. Edmunds after Henry Seymour Conway, Grafton’s first choice, had been rejected by the borough. There is no record before 1790 of his having spoken in the House, and his name appears in no division list. He vacated his seat for Grafton’s second son, Lord Charles Fitzroy.  He died 24 June 1810.
