Biography
Morley stood for Seaford at a by-election on 15 Mar. 1670, doubtless as a country candidate. He had a majority of the votes, but his opponent Francis Gratwick was returned on the freeman franchise. His petition was upheld by the House on 10 Feb. 1671, but he had been buried at Glynde eight days before.
