Biography

Grey was related by marriage to the Russells, which explains his return to Parliament for Tavistock at the age of 18. Little is known of his youth and education, and it is not clear whether he was the Henry Grey who matriculated at Trinity College, Cambridge in 1598. He took no part in the known proceedings of the 1601 Parliament. He died 21 Nov. 1639.
