Biography

At the city elections to the Parliament of May 1382 Cole found mainprise for the appearance of both representatives. At Easter 1389 he was living in a property in Broad Street, Worcester, under a lease issued by the late Sir John Beauchamp† of Holt; and he was still in occupation some ten years later, when Beauchamp’s son, John*, obtained seisin of his inheritance.
